Volunteer, WAMS Jammin'in the Stands
Jammin'in the Stands was a shcool event that encouraged middle school band members to join the high school marching band. I led 30-40 middle schoolers in various activities such as stand tunes and marching exercices during middle school football games while teaching tem about the benefits of joining marching band.
Volunteer, Gaining Ground Organic Farm
During my service at Gaining Ground Organic Farm, I planted crops, harvested produce, and bagged fresh food for donation and distribution to community members (area meal programs and food pantries) while learning about the farm's mission and its resolve to eradicate food insecurities in Massachusetts.
Volunteer, U.S. China Next Generation Education Fund
Organized fundraising events and activities, including a silent auction at the Royal China Restaurant. Responsible for securing and cataloguing donated auction items. Proceeds provided educational financial aid for students in China and the U.S.
